Klaus Mohr is a founding partner of MeMo-Law and has been admitted to the German Bar since 1996. Prior to founding MeMo-Law he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and its associated law firms, at the international firm Allen & Overy, and at HAARMANN.
Klaus Mohr has been advising German and international clients since 1996 in all areas of corporate and commercial law as well as M&A and transactions. He supports clients in strategic add-on acquisitions and divestures as well as joint venture structures. He has particular expertise in the needs of US companies and the pharma and healthcare industry.
